Norene is CEO of Visiting Nurse Health System, a $60+ million nonprofit organization providing home healthcare, long-term care at home, and end-of-life hospice and palliative care services to over 7000 patients a day throughout greater Atlanta. She is currently Chair of the Visiting Nurse Association of America and a founding board member of Elevating Home. Norene earned an MBA from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Illinois.

Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Clinical Operations - OSF Home Care Services
Lois earned a BSN from Mount Mercy College and Master’s in Public Health Nursing from University of Illinois-Chicago. She has a clinical background in medical-surgical, pediatrics, emergency, home health and wellness. Lois has served as faculty in a baccalaureate nursing program for seven years, as well as leadership roles within OSF Healthcare including: Chief Nursing Officer for Home Care (current role), Interim CNO for OSF Healthcare System, Director of Education for OSF Healthcare System, Director of Professional Development for OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.

With over 17 years of experience in the homecare industry, John has been successful as a CIO and an Operations Executive with some of the largest agencies in the country. With a profound understanding of the industry and the metrics that drive it, John has developed numerous in-house software tools to overcome the limitations of commercial billing, point of care, and EMR solutions as well the first decision-support tool of its kind in 2000 dedicated to the then new PPS environment.
